Under the United Nations Charter, the Security Council has primary responsibility for maintaining international peace and security. - Resolution 2452, 16 January 2019 - Establishing a Special Political Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement in Yemen (UNMHA).
- Resolution 2451, 21 December 2018 - Endorsing the Stockholm Agreement, called on all parties to fully respect the ceasefire in Hudaydah, and authorising the Secretary-General to establish and deploy, for an initial period of 30 days, an advance monitoring team on the ground, to support and facilitate the immediate implementation of the Stockholm Agreement.
