    17 May 2021 - HUDAYDAH, 17 May 2021 — A disturbing pattern of indiscriminate hostilities impacting residential areas in recent days in the Hudaydah governorate has resulted in yet more reports of civilian losses and injuries. There are reports that one of the latest incidents has led to the death of one civilian and injury of another five after a drone strike at a restaurant in the Taif area of Al Durayhimi yesterday, as people gathered during the Eid Al Fitr celebration.

    16 Mar 2021 - UNMHA is concerned by bouts of troubling hostilities in the Hudaydah governorate over the last few weeks, including aerial strikes and artillery shelling in residential areas, that constitute violations of the Stockholm Agreement and have severely impacted the population. UNMHA deplores the loss and injuries of innocent civilians, including children, during these incidents.
  • 28 Feb 2021 - HUDAYDAH 28 February 2021 — UNMHA condemns in the strongest possible terms an attack that reportedly hit a residential home last night in Al Hawak, one of the most militarily tense areas of the Hudaydah governorate. According to initial reports, the attack resulted in the deaths of five civilians, including a woman and child, and wounding of three civilians.

    18 Jan 2021 - HUDAYDAH, 18 January 2021 — The United Nations Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) has received disturbing reports of a significant increase in clashes in parts of the Hudaydah governorate in recent days, particularly in Hays and Durayhimi.

    03 Dec 2020 - HUDAYDAH, 3 December 2020 — UNMHA condemns the reported killing and injury of civilians as a result of shelling of the Thabit industrial complex in Hudaydah earlier this evening. The killing of civilians must stop.
