    26 Sep 2022 - HUDAYDAH, 26 September 2022 – UNMHA is gravely concerned about continued civilian deaths and injuries in Hudaydah due to explosive ordnance.  Since the shift of the frontlines on 12 November 2021, 242 civilian casualties consisting of 101 deaths and 141 injuries, have been reported in Hudaydah due to landmines and other explosive remnants of war (ERW).

    17 May 2021 - HUDAYDAH, 17 May 2021 — A disturbing pattern of indiscriminate hostilities impacting residential areas in recent days in the Hudaydah governorate has resulted in yet more reports of civilian losses and injuries. There are reports that one of the latest incidents has led to the death of one civilian and injury of another five after a drone strike at a restaurant in the Taif area of Al Durayhimi yesterday, as people gathered during the Eid Al Fitr celebration.
